When you request a booking we collect your name, email, phone, date, number of guests and any notes you send. We use it solely to manage your booking and to contact you about it.

The legal basis is the performance of a contract and your consent. Data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the booking and to meet legal obligations.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to oceanfisher99@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Third parties
Payment of the deposit is processed by a payment provider. We do not store card details on this site.
